Medior UX/UI Designer

Designer who smoothly switches between UX and UI and thrives on variety: client work, in-house projects and campaigns.

Working at Forge

Forge is a small agency with big ambitions. From Aalsmeer, our tight-knit team builds awesome digital products. We’re now looking for a visual designer who’ll help us keep raising the bar.

Who we’re looking for

A designer who smoothly switches between UX and UI.

You love variety: one day you’re refining a streamlined app, the next you’re crafting a fresh ad campaign or pushing an in-house project. You think along, experiment, and aren’t afraid to push boundaries. Together we ship work that’s both smartly designed and tightly executed.

What you bring

  • 4–6 years of experience as a UX/UI designer (websites and apps as a solid base; experience with online ads is a plus)
  • Full-time availability (40 hours)
  • Experience across the full UX process and delivering thoughtful UI (from flows to component libraries)
  • Fluent in Figma, from wireframes to pixel-perfect designs (experience with tools like Photoshop, Sketch, or Illustrator is a bonus)
  • Autonomy and initiative, paired with the ability to align when needed
  • Energy to move both client projects and internal ideas forward
  • Excellent Dutch and strong English
  • A portfolio that shows the value you add

What we offer

  • Lots of freedom but also responsibility
  • Colleagues who are young, ambitious, and enthusiastic
  • A brand-new office with a pool table, PlayStation 5 and parking spot
  • Coffee that rises above “office coffee”
  • Daily team lunches at the office
  • 25 vacation days
  • The right hardware and tools to deliver top-tier work
  • Travel allowance (per km or OV business card)
  • A salary between € 3500 and € 4500 based on 40 hours, plus holiday allowance—aligned with your experience
