Forge is a small agency with big ambitions. From Aalsmeer, we build digital products with a compact team in e-commerce and conversion-driven environments.

We collaborate closely with our clients in multidisciplinary teams, where CXO plays a central role. There is room to research, experiment and set direction. Expectations are high, lines are short.

Who we’re looking for

A UX/UI Designer who feels comfortable in complexity.

You work data-driven and start from behavior, not screens. You ask sharp questions, validate assumptions through research and experimentation, and make confident decisions based on insights. You collaborate with CXO, development and stakeholders to design solutions that measurably improve conversion and customer experience.

What you bring

• You operate at the intersection of UX and visual design, with a strong focus on UX
• You design solutions to problems, not problems to solutions
• You have a sharp eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
• You’re curious about user behavior and guided by data
• You have experience conducting and interpreting user research
• You work iteratively, guided by a clear vision
• You can quickly sketch and communicate conceptual solutions
• You aim to create impact, not just visually polished screens
• Proven experience in UX/UI design, with stronger emphasis on UX
• Knowledge of and experience with user psychology
• Experience in e-commerce or conversion-driven environments is a plus
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
• A portfolio that clearly shows your contribution and impact
